It’s been in the works for a while, I guess good things do take time, so here it finally is, the George Bolter bike check! Enjoy!

Describe your bike for us… What are some preferences for your bike set up?
Fast, roomy and ready to Roast! 33-9 gearing to go fast, outside edges cut off the grips to keep the bars feeling wide, long back end to pull up on!

Are there any specifics to your bike setup that are dictated to how or what you ride?
Brakes, no pegs, cassette hub, nothing to out of the ordinary, just a classic set up.

Are you the kinda person that works on their bike a lot, keeping it tight and running dialled?
I like to keep it running nice and fix anything right away if it comes loose or out of shape. It has to have the basket ball bounce with no rattles.

How long do you typically ride a bike before building a new one? Do you switch out parts as they go?
I used to build a new one every year but this one has been going strong for 2 years now without any problems and I don’t plan on getting a new one any time soon. I only switch out parts If the need to be replaced.

What parts do you change out or go through the most often and why?
After 2 years Ive only had new grips and that was well after 18 months of use!

What are you most particular about on your bike?
I have to have good feeling brakes, bars inline with the forks, and the brake cable has to be routed down the same side of the frame as the lever, tight chain – but not too tight!

What do you love most about your current ride, do you have a favourite part, is it the way it rides or looks?
Defiantly the frame! The geometry is the best with the slack head angle with the long backend, the camo hasn’t gotten old yet Im stoked on that too! Im pretty stoked on the whole thing!

Is there any special memories this bike holds for you?
Just good times!

Anything else you would like to add, thanks etc?
Thanks to Level for helping me out with Etnies and Fox,Twhites Bikes, the dudes I ride with and you Mike for this opportunity. Keep it real!
