Describe your bike for us… What are some preferences for your bike set up?
Tires I run a bigger on the front as I find it helps with traction as carving on the dirt, same reason for the pressure I run of 6-65 in front and 75 in the rear. Bars I have set as high as the fork allows,

As most of you know Paul Langlands had a pretty bad crash back in October 2012, since then he has made a great recovery, doing all the right things and easing back into riding and shredding like he does. Just a few weeks ago Paul headed to the states to get some serious riding in and compete in a few events..

Paul Langlands has been through a lot of the last six months with a serious head injury that happened back in October while he was riding in Queenstown. This clip talks about his progress and recovery from that crash.. its definitely super rad to see Paul making a good recovery and getting back on the bike and shredding like the Langlands we all know!

On the weekend just been Paul Langlands ran weekend of dirt shredding with a selected group of riders. Jon Riddle won King of the Trails, Luke Parslow Best Trick and Danny Campbell Best Rider. There will be a bunch more edits and photos coming soon!
As most of you will already know Paul Langlands had a serious crash about a month ago riding Mini Dream in Queenstown. Two well known NZ riders have taken some heavy hits to the head over the last week. Both Paul Langlands and Alan Montefiore had a bad crashes resulting in time spent in hospital. As most of you all know Paul and Alan are both shredders and super nice dudes.. so I just wanted to put a post up here on Zombie to send them some love and wish them both a fast recovery!
This is rad.. Ride BMX Uk recently added a new feature to their site called “30 Seconds”. To kick it off they started their first 30 second clip with Paul Langlands. Make sure you check it out, 30 seconds of super dialed riding from Paul doing what he does best. Enjoy!

Paul Langlands has been shredding in California over the last month, enjoying the amazing weather and riding as much as possible, along with hitting up as many jams and competitions as possible along the way.
