Its become a ritual every summer to make a visit to The Wallrides which are nestled deep in the bush on the outskirts of Auckland City. With summer soon to disappear the call was made to make the journey out on the weekend just been. A small crew of Auckland riders got together along with two ridersĀ from Portland, Oregon. Here’s a few photos I took on the day, enjoy!

First stop on was a warm up session at the Papakura Kidney Bowl.

Once the crew got some laps in at the Papakura bowl we headed to The Walls.

Cleaning up the belly of the beast, it never ceases to amaze me the scale of this thing!

Dan went higher than anyone else I had seen on The Walls, on a couple of runs he made up past the third line.
