As much as I am all for supporting your local bike shops and those that stock BMX, Strictly BMX over in Australia has some pretty awesome complete bikes for sale. There hand built and assembled by the Strictly staff who used only the best parts and they look trick as hell. Check the photos below or visit strictlybmx.com
In other news if you head over the shadow site there is a new On on One Seth Kimbrough / Karl Poynte interview which is pretty rad and worth a read.
Local Auckland rider Luke Gillabot is back living in Canada and just recently sent me some photos he took with his new camera. The first photo he obviously didn’t take because that’s Luke himself doing a rail hop…. the next three photos he did take, there of his friend Andrew from Canada who has more style than he needs by the look of things!

Sorry for the lack of updates but I have been very busy over the last week. Anyway on the Saturday just been was the Zombie Hop Comp, it turned out to be a really fun event with riders from all over turning up. The day started with a free BBQ and people just played around on the in’n’out and ghetto ramps.
Don’t forget that the Zombie Hop Comp and the Triple Six / Quiet Chaos Exhibition will be taken place this weekend. The Zombie Hop Comp kicks of around 12 pm sharp with a free BBQ and the the Hop Comp starts straight away at 12:30pm. On the day there will also been some BMX clothing and other miscellaneous items for sale from Triple Six.
I have finally started working on the gallery. So far there is only a few photos that I took this weekend at PMP trails but ill start to add more photos to the gallery through the week.
Speaking of the PMP trails keep December 15th free in you calendar because it looks like there is going to be a dirt comp at the Swanson BMX track which is right next to the trails.
Here is a bunch of photos from the Toast Jam in Wellington, Enjoy!
Thanks for the photos Mike Bell!
A friend of mine Kirk who is living in Europe sent me in a photo of his new bike. The frame is a Zion? never heard of it? that’s because its a relatively new company based in Zagreb, Croatia. This particular frame is the Jurica Barac signature frame and its a super nice tidy frame.
As you all must know by now X-Air is no more, its a shame because it was a pretty amazing event, especially for bmxers. Anyway I was going through some files the other day on my computer and came across some photos from x-air. So I decided to share them with you to remember the great event!
I just got the latest issue of 2020 in the mail and its another amazing issue. It seems like 2020 gets better and better every time around and is fast becoming one of the best magazines out there.
