Cameron Craven is a Mid School BMXer from New Plymouth. Over recent years he has been collecting and rebuilding some iconic bikes from the early 2000’s. I made contact with Cameron a few years back when I sold him some cranks, after finding out he had a 2001 Terrible One Barcode I knew I had to get it featured up here on the site.

2001 Terrible One Barcode

Production 3 (2001) 2nd Batch Mass Specialties T1 Barcode.

“I bought this Frameset from a Member on Bmx Museum at the end of 2013, and had it shipped across the globe to New Zealand. It took me over half a year sourcing parts from all over. The forks came from the OZBMX. The Sprocket came from another museum Member, the Rims from a local closeout sale, and most of the other parts from a New Zealand auction site. I had to be very patient, but in the end everything fell together. ‘She’ is definitely no lightweight bike!. I have learned so much about the Midschool era from this build.”
